OLIYA LAB is a small-batch, oil-first skincare brand handcrafted in the United States. Our products are formulated by a licensed cosmetologist and sold directly to consumers through our online store.

3. PRODUCTS

Product colors, textures, and scents may vary slightly between batches due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our formulations. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality or safety.

All prices are listed in US dollars. OLIYA LAB reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction.
5. PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods offered through our payment processor. Payment is processed securely at checkout. OLIYA LAB does not store your payment information.
6. SKIN SENSITIVITY & PATCH TESTING
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours before full use. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately. OLIYA LAB is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from known or unknown allergies or sensitivities.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the OLIYA LAB website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, formulations, and branding — is the property of OLIYA LAB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLIYA LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
