Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All OLIYA LAB products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons (holidays, launches, and promotions) processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days — free on orders over $50

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 business days — calculated at checkout

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • OLIYA LAB is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at usps.com or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

OLIYA LAB is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at OLIYALAB@GMAIL.COM and we will do our best to assist.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. OLIYA LAB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at OLIYALAB@GMAIL.COM  and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are in the carrier’s control. OLIYA LAB is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
